The Eyes of the Beloved Earrings Yellow Gold Diamond Sapphire

Two parts, separately hung, which is what gives the movement its second beat.

20 diamonds, sorted and matched before a single one was set. Sapphires carry the colour, and the two are matched to one another before anything is set, which takes far longer than matching for size alone.

Drawn, made and finished in one workshop, which is the only way tolerances this fine hold from the first sketch to the final polish.

Nothing here is applied after the fact. The structure and the ornament were drawn at the same time, which is why the piece has no unresolved back.
