Where we ship

We ship across India to almost all serviceable pin codes, and internationally to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Europe, South East Asia, and the Middle East. If your location is not offered at checkout, write to customer.service@jaipurgems.com and we will try to arrange delivery.

Insurance

Every shipment is fully insured in transit. If an order is lost or not delivered, we initiate a refund within two weeks of confirming the loss.

Charges and duties

Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and order value. International orders may attract customs duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility.

Dispatch times

In-stock pieces dispatch within 2 to 5 business days from the order date. Made-to-order pieces follow the timeline confirmed with you at the time of order.

Changing your delivery address

Write to customer.service@jaipurgems.com before the order is dispatched. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped.
