Barkha Polki Choker Set

Choker and earrings are drawn as one. The motif that runs across the neckline repeats at a smaller scale on the ear. The surface is close-set: 318 diamonds with almost no metal showing between them.

Jadau setting means the gold is warmed and pressed around each uncut stone rather than gripped by claws. Every stone has to go in before the piece cools past working temperature. The diamonds and pearls are matched for tone before anything is set, which takes longer than matching for size. 18KT gold holds the settings rigid where 22KT would move.
