Floral throughout, and the petals are domed rather than cut from flat stock, which is what gives them their lift. The drop is articulated below the lobe, jointed so it moves independently of the top rather than swinging as one piece. The diamonds run along the form, 130 of them, spaced so the metal still shows.

Drawn, made and finished in our own workshop, which is how the tolerances stay tight enough that the joins do not show. 18KT gold holds the settings rigid where 22KT would move.
