Flowers carry the design, opened to different degrees so the repeat does not read mechanical. Thick in section and rigid, hinged on one side with a pin closure so it opens rather than slides over the hand. The surface is close-set: 304 diamonds with almost no metal showing between them.

The stones are set the jadau way: gold softened over heat and worked up around each one, with no claw and no solder showing. The order matters, because once a stone is bedded the metal beside it cannot be reheated. The diamonds and pearls are matched for tone before anything is set, which takes longer than matching for size. 18KT gold holds the settings rigid where 22KT would move.
