Padmya Diamond Jhumka Yellow Gold

A jhumka lives or dies on the bell. This one is raised from sheet rather than cast, which keeps the wall thin and the swing loose. The surface is close-set: 1082 diamonds with almost no metal showing between them.

That is 1082 settings, cut and closed one at a time. 18KT gold holds the settings rigid where 22KT would move.
