The dome is raised from sheet, which keeps it hollow and light rather than solid and dead. The flower heads are built separately and set at their own heights, so the surface is never flat.

Drawn, made and finished in our own workshop, which is how the tolerances stay tight enough that the joins do not show. 22KT gold is soft to work and unforgiving to finish.
