Florence Peacock Diamond Necklace White Gold Sapphire

The peacock is worked in profile with the tail fanned, and each feather is drawn separately into the metal. The sections are graduated toward the centre, which is what keeps the piece sitting level. The diamonds run along the form, 53 of them, spaced so the metal still shows.

Drawn, made and finished in our own workshop, which is how the tolerances stay tight enough that the joins do not show. 18KT gold holds the settings rigid where 22KT would move.
