The layers sit at different heights and are set from the back forward, one plane at a time. The blooms repeat across the piece at a steady interval, each one shaped before it is set. At 103.94 grams the metal has to be built hollow in places or the piece would be unwearable.

Drawn, made and finished in our own workshop, which is how the tolerances stay tight enough that the joins do not show. 22KT gold is soft to work and unforgiving to finish.
