The vine runs unbroken through the piece, which means every join between sections has to disappear. The sections are graduated toward the centre, which is what keeps the piece sitting level. 40 diamonds follow the line of the piece rather than filling it.

Drawn, made and finished in our own workshop, which is how the tolerances stay tight enough that the joins do not show. 18KT gold holds the settings rigid where 22KT would move.
