Boond Pearl Polki Pendant

A single drop on a bail, weighted low so it hangs straight against the chain. The pearls run along the form, 90 of them, spaced so the metal still shows.

The stones are set the jadau way: gold softened over heat and worked up around each one, with no claw and no solder showing. The order matters, because once a stone is bedded the metal beside it cannot be reheated. The diamonds and pearls are matched for tone before anything is set, which takes longer than matching for size. 22KT gold is soft to work and unforgiving to finish.
