Flowers carry the design, opened to different degrees so the repeat does not read mechanical. The drop is articulated below the lobe, jointed so it moves independently of the top rather than swinging as one piece. The surface is close-set: 414 diamonds with almost no metal showing between them.

That is 414 settings, cut and closed one at a time. 18KT gold holds the settings rigid where 22KT would move.
