Walk-ins are welcome through opening hours. Booking simply means an advisor is expecting you and the pieces you want to see are ready when you arrive.
This room carries high jewellery, bridal Jadau and bespoke commissions. Anything held at another store or at our atelier can be brought in with a few days’ notice.
An hour is typical. Bridal and high jewellery appointments often run longer, and we never rush a table. Tell us the occasion and we will plan the time accordingly.
High jewellery and one-of-a-kind pieces are priced by their stones, so no two are alike. Your advisor will share the price in person or over WhatsApp.
