Domestic

Customer is eligible for 100% return within 7 days of purchased via the original payment method.

International

Customer is eligible for 100% return within 7 days of purchased via the original payment method, excluding the delivery cost.

After 7 days, domestic and international customers will receive only full gold value as per the prevailing gold rate as CREDIT VOUCHER.

DIAMOND JEWELLERY

Domestic

Customer is eligible for 100% return within 7 days of purchased via the original payment method.

International

Customer is eligible for 100% return within 7 days of purchased via the original payment method, excluding the delivery cost.

After 7 days, domestic and international customers will receive only 85 % as CREDIT VOUCHER.

RETURN PICK UP

We are pleased to offer a free returns collection service to all customers for any purchases that meet our Returns Policy.

You will need to contact customer.service@jaipurgems.com, and we will send you a collection confirmation email with all the details you need to complete the return. Just to let you know, we can only offer a free return pick up from the same country your order was delivered to.

1. Schedule your return within 7 days of receipt.

2. Ensure the parcel arrives at the original location no later than 14 days after your delivery date.

3. Once the return has been received and processed, your refund can take up to 14 business days and will be issued via the original payment method, excluding the delivery cost. Please note that we do not offer refund on shipping cost.

TERMS & CONDITIONS IN RETURNING THE PRODUCTS

• Items should be returned undamaged with all the tags attached, and the original packaging included. Damaged products will not be accepted and not eligible for returns.

• Return shipment is applicable if the product is defective only.

PRODUCTS RETURN POLICY

• If you purchase from the website and the jewelry is ready in stock, you are eligible for return policy.

• If the jewelry is out of stock, and placed as a new order then you are not eligible to cancel the order.

• Any customized order, if cancelled, the amount you paid will be converted to credit note.

• Once the jewelry is ready, editing the order such as cancellation is not acceptable
