Domestic Customers are eligible to receive 100% of gold value as per the prevailing gold rate as a credit note.

International Customers are eligible to receive 100% of gold value as per the prevailing gold rate as a credit note.

DIAMOND JEWELLERY

Domestic Customers are eligible to receive 85% of diamond value as a credit note.

International Customers are eligible to receive 85% of diamond value as a credit note.

SILVER JEWELLERY

Domestic Goods once sold are not eligible for return or exchange.

International Goods once sold are not eligible for return or exchange.

RETURN PICK UP

We are pleased to offer a free returns collection service to all customers for any purchases that meet our Returns Policy.
We offer free returns on defective products only.
To initiate a return you need to contact customer.service@jaipurgems.com and we will send you a collection confirmation email with all the details you need to complete the return.
We can only offer a free return pick up from the same country your order was delivered to.
Returns must be scheduled within 7 days of receipt
Ensure the parcel arrives at the original location no later than 14 days after your delivery date.
Once the return has been received and processed, your refund can take up to 14 business days and will be issued via the original payment method, excluding the delivery cost.
Please note that we do not offer refunds on shipping costs.

TERMS & CONDITIONS IN RETURNING THE PRODUCTS

Items should be returned undamaged with all the tags attached, and the original packaging included.
Damaged products will not be accepted and not eligible for returns.
Return shipment is applicable if the product is defective only.

PRODUCTS RETURN POLICY

If you purchase from the website and the jewellery is ready in stock, you are eligible for the return policy.
If the jewellery is out of stock, and placed as a new order then you are not eligible to cancel the order.
Any customised order, if cancelled, the amount you paid will be converted to credit note.
Once the jewellery is ready, editing the order such as cancellation is not acceptable
