What if the product gets Misplaced / Lost in transit?

All shipments insured, hence please be rest assured that it’s our responsibility to ensure that you receive the ordered product. If the products are misplaced or not delivered to you, we initiate a refund to you, and you will get the refund within 2 weeks of initiating the same.

How does Jaipur Gems prevent credit & debit card frauds?

we understand the importance of monitoring and detecting fraud card transactions on a continuous basis. We have an internal risk team which along with our online payment partners tracks all the transactions for suspicious activity. We verify the order details, including the transaction payment with all our customers as a precautionary measure. In cases when our team is unable to rule out the possibility of fraud categorically, the transaction is kept on hold, and the customer is requested to provide identity documents. The ID documents help us ensure that the purchases were indeed made by a genuine card holder.
